Clinic Cancellation Policy

Consultation time is reserved for you personally. When an appointment is missed or cancelled late, that time cannot be offered to another client. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling work.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You can do this through the client portal, by email to info@wildclinic.co.uk, or by phone on +44 (0)1183 219 533.

With 48 hours' notice or more, there is no charge. Your session is simply rebooked.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, count as a used session. Where the appointment is part of a programme, the session is deducted from your programme. We understand that emergencies happen; genuine emergencies are always considered with discretion. Contact us as soon as you can.

Running late

If you join your video consultation late, the session still ends at the scheduled time, so that other clients are not delayed. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment is treated as missed.

If we need to cancel

Occasionally the practitioner may need to cancel, for example through illness. We will tell you as early as possible and offer the next available appointment. Time cancelled by the practice is never deducted from your programme.

Cooling-off period

When you purchase a programme online you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within those 14 days, for example by booking and attending your first consultation, you agree that any refund will be reduced in proportion to the services already delivered.
